INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPPING
When you place an order with Part Deux, we may share certain personal information, including your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and order details, with third-party service providers as necessary to process, fulfill, and deliver your order.
For international orders, this information may also be provided to shipping carriers, customs authorities, postal services, and other parties involved in the import, export, and delivery process as required by law or necessary to complete your shipment.

1. The customer is responsible for duties, VAT, taxes, customs and brokerage fees.
2. Part Deux does not reimburse those charges.
3. Refusing to pay customs charges doesn't automatically entitle the customer to a full refund.
4. If a package is returned to Part Deux because the customer refused/failed to pay customs charges, return shipping, customs, carrier fees, etc. can be deducted from any refund where legally permitted.
5. Original international shipping charges are non-refundable once the order ships.
