TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: September 4, 2026
Welcome to Part Deux. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Part Deux website and your purchase of products or services from Part Deux. By accessing this website, placing an order, or purchasing from Part Deux, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this website or place an order.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, inventory issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is considered confirmed.
MADE-TO-ORDER & HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS
Many Part Deux pieces are handmade, made to order, produced in small quantities, or created using vintage, deadstock, natural, or otherwise unique materials.
Because of the nature of these materials and our production process, slight variations in color, texture, grain, markings, dimensions, placement, stitching, fringe, hardware, or other details may occur from piece to piece.
Natural characteristics and variations in leather, hair-on hide, vintage materials, and other textiles are not considered defects. Product photography is intended to represent each item as accurately as possible; however, colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen.
By purchasing a handmade or made-to-order Part Deux product, you acknowledge and accept these reasonable variations.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIMES
Made-to-order products require production time before shipment. Estimated production or processing times provided on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production times may occasionally be affected by material availability, order volume, carrier delays, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date unless expressly confirmed by Part Deux in writing.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because made-to-order items may enter production shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations cannot always be accommodated.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact Part Deux as soon as possible. Approval of any change or cancellation is at our discretion and subject to applicable law.
Once an order has entered production or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Part Deux is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive available tracking information.
Delivery dates provided by Part Deux or a shipping carrier are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If you believe your package has been lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact Part Deux as soon as possible so we can assist with the applicable carrier process.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Part Deux offers international shipping to select destinations.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, postal service, or shipping carrier.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Part Deux and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Part Deux does not control these charges and cannot guarantee or predict their amount. Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements and potential charges applicable in their destination country before placing an order.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, and other import-related costs.
International shipments may be delayed by customs inspections or clearance procedures. These delays are outside Part Deux's control.
If a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay required import charges, or otherwise causes an international shipment to be abandoned or returned to Part Deux, the customer remains responsible for applicable shipping, return shipping, customs, duties, carrier, brokerage, and handling charges. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these costs may be deducted from any refund otherwise due.
Original international shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return and exchange eligibility is subject to the return policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Items must meet all applicable return conditions to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Made-to-order, customized, personalized, altered, final-sale, or otherwise designated non-returnable products may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a qualifying defect or error.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Part Deux determines that an error occurred on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated or required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for eligible returns. Part Deux is not responsible for return packages that are lost before being received by us.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact Part Deux promptly with your order information and photographs showing the issue.
We will review the matter and provide an appropriate remedy where required under our policies or applicable law.
Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or improper care, and natural characteristics or reasonable variations in handmade, vintage, leather, or deadstock materials are not considered manufacturing defects.
PRODUCT CARE
Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with a Part Deux product.
Leather, suede, hair-on hide, vintage textiles, and other natural or specialty materials can change in appearance with wear and use and may be affected by moisture, heat, sunlight, friction, oils, dyes, or other substances.
Part Deux is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, storage, cleaning, modification, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Products may be offered in limited quantities and may be discontinued at any time.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product availability but cannot guarantee that an item shown as available will remain available.
If we are unable to fulfill an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or minimum purchase requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions and discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to previous purchases.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by applicable law.
